Grace Santos is an Attorney, Producer, and Hollywood Executive.

Producing credits include upcoming teen comedy "Almost Popular" (2025) starring Ruby Rose Turner (Disney’s Descendants), comedy “How the Gringo Stole Christmas” (2023) starring George Lopez and released by Lionsgate, and award winning shorts at Oscar Qualifying Festivals such as AFI DWW’s Silk by Catherine Dent (The Shield) and starring Oscar Nominee and Emmy Winner Shohreh Aghdashloo, Election Night by Tessa Blake (NCIS) and starring Peri Gilpin (Frasier), Spun (a comedy awarded by the Producers Guild of America), A Tricky Treat by Patricia Chica, and Odessa (a post-apocalyptic drama). Grace was selected as one of twelve participants out of hundreds for the 2020 Producers Guild of America Power of Diversity Lab. Two series she has in development were in the top 5 at the 2025 National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) Pitch Showcase.
EXECUTIVE
Grace has also worked as an executive for companies that have financed, produced, and distributed hundreds of films and television content. Grace worked in the Creative Development, Business Affairs, and Production Departments at financier/producer Michael Mendelsohn’s Patriot Pictures and now Grace is producing films with Patriot Pictures to be released soon. As Head and VP of Business Affairs and Operations for Gamechanger Films, Grace worked on The Inspection with A24 Films and it has garnered 25 nominations so far, including the Golden Globes, Independent Spirit Awards, and Gotham Awards, and worked on Run Sweetheart Run with Amazon Studios, Universal, and Blumhouse. Grace was also VP of Business Affairs for companies owned by Producer Steven Paul (who has output deals with Sony, Paramount, and Hallmark) where Grace negotiated development, production, domestic distribution, and foreign sales deals. Grace was one of the year-round staff for the Bentonville Film Festival, co-founded by Academy Award Winner Geena Davis, which has a mission to promote women and people of color in media and entertainment and to help them secure distribution deals with its sponsors Paramount, SONY, Warner Bros, Universal, and Lionsgate. When Grace worked for AMC Networks divisions Image Entertainment / RLJ Entertainment, UMC/ALLBLK, and AcornTV, she was mentioned several times in the Hollywood Reporter and Variety for closing multi-million dollar deals such as The Rewrite starring Hugh Grant and Marisa Tomei, Pay The Ghost starring Nicolas Cage, and Bone Tomahawk starring Kurt Russell. Her first Hollywood opportunity was interning for the creative development team at Silver Pictures / Dark Castle Entertainment and working as a Teaching Assistant for the UCLA Professional Programs in Producing and Television Writing. Grace founded production services company Ethos Pictures.
EDUCATION
Grace graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a double major in International Studies and Religious Studies and double minor in Film Studies and Theatre Arts. She also spent one year at Flinders University of South Australia’s Drama Centre. She achieved the rigorous International Baccalaureate Diploma. She earned a Juris Doctor / law degree from Stetson University and is licensed to practice law in Florida. Grace then earned a Producing Certificate from the UCLA School of Theatre, Film, and Television.
She is also a member of the Board of Directors of FilAm Creative. Grace has also volunteered for numerous charities and has been awarded public interest awards for her service. Grace accomplished these things as a single mother to an amazing daughter and is very thankful to God, family, friends, and colleagues.
